Offered by Courtney Metzinger, who has completed 95-hour children's yoga training and 200-hour yoga teacher training. She has been teaching yoga for 9 years. Courtney also holds over 10 years of higher education teaching experience and 8 years as an occupational therapist--working in clinical and community-based therapist, with training in mind-body approaches and mindfulness.
